FAQ
Do I qualify for a doctor house call?
If you are homebound or have physical challenges that result in difficulty getting to a doctor’s office, then a doctor house call is most likely covered by your insurance.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid and many other private insurance plans. We also accept private pay patients.
Is a house call covered by insurance?
Yes, house calls are covered by many insurance providers. You may still need to pay the applicable co-pay and deductible amounts that you might have under your existing insurance plans. Some secondary insurance providers will cover the co-pay. Please call our office so we can assess your individual situation.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can call our office, 800-953-6183, or send us an email at [email protected]
How do I prepare for a doctor visit?
Please gather all medications and any papers left from other health providers or any recent hospital stay for review by our medical professionals. It is best to wear loose fitting clothing that allows the clinician to examine you. It is not necessary to clean the house or dress up.
Do you make visits on the weekends?
